Cancer Biology

PhD training program developed as an interdisciplinary track within the Department of Pathology, and jointly sponsored by the Case CCC and the Department of Pathology. The program focus is on cancer research and includes the many facets of cancer biology, from basic science research to clinical and translational research.

Research Oncology

NCI T32 focused on interdisciplinary and collaborative research directly relevant to cancer. The program provides a forum within the BSTP at the School of Medicine for graduate training that emphasizes cancer research. Trainees conduct their thesis research under the guidance of Case CCC faculty in several PhD degree-granting programs.

Hematology

NHLBI T32 focused on promoting innovative research and career development in basic, translational and clinical research in the broad field of benign and malignant hematology, stem cell biology and transplantation, and related disciplines. Laboratory-based research is complemented with didactic sessions that include a number of topics in hematology as well as instruction into how to develop a career in scientific investigation.
