PREVENTION RESEARCH EDUCATIONAL POSTDOCTORAL TRAINING PROGRAM (PREP)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have a terminal degree (PhD, DNP, or DPH) in a social or behavioral science, public health, nursing, or medicine and have demonstrated skills in research methods and biostatistics.

Requirement: US citizenship or permanent residency.

To apply please submit the following set of documents:

  1. A recent Curriculum Vitae including previous research experience, both didactic and practical.
  2. A personal statement describing the reason for seeking research training, specific research interests, and career plans.
  3. At least 2 letters of recommendation, including one from the doctoral committee, chairperson/advisor or residency training director.
  4. Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card).
  5. An electronic copy of your terminal degree (email: margy.weinberg@case.edu or fax 216-844-5375 c/o Margy Weinberg)

Review of applications will begin January 31, 2008 for positions starting August 1, 2008.
